COLLABORATION PROCESS
The FUSE FACTORY produces sonic-visual performance events and had selected Caleb Miller’s jazz composition OCTET for inclusion, and paired him with media Artist C.G. Ryan to create visuals.
C.G. and Caleb met several times, and after understanding the underlying motivation for the work “I WAS WRONG ABOUT MOST THINGS HAVING TO DO WITH OTHER PEOPLE” created a visual non-linear narrative in which the hero overcomes personal alienation.
